  We lived here for 3 years and had an overall terrible experience. Like clockwork every 4 months, our faucet in the shower would start to leak and everytually fall out of the wall. The tiling wasn’t flush. Finally we asked a maintenance guy why they weren’t properly fixing it so it didn’t happen again, and we were told it’s because we have asbestos in the walls and they didn’t want to have to put us up somewhere while they got rid of it and re did the tiling. The maintenance guys just walked in to my apartment twice without knocking. The second time this happened, we had called three days prior and weren’t given a day or time to expect them so I was in the shower. My dog chased the maintence guy out, and all of the sudden we get a complaint about our dog after living there for 2 and a half years. Allegedly, we stopped picking up after her all of the sudden and they threatened to remove her from the premises. I called and spoke to the property manager, who was extremely unprofessional. She referred to my fiancé as “whoever the guy you live with is” even though he was on the lease and I’m sure our info was sitting right in front of her. She also told me if I didn’t “speak to her nicely” she was going to evict me right then. We also had a mold issue multiple times with our vents and our one window shattered in the middle of the night and sprayed glass all over our bed. I would steer clear of this place. If you don’t care about dealing with the apartment essentially falling apart around you, terrible treatment from management and maintenance who can’t do their job, you might as well go to fox meadow and pay way less than you would here anyway.
